You Are The Only OneWhen you’re changing and no one else is around you it can be lonely. You are the only one and if can be lonely. It’s ok to embrace that loneliness. This mindset coaching article is about to explode your mind about being alone.

Have you ever felt truly accepted in society or in life? I sure haven’t. It’s something that I’ve always been doing without really know what it meant. Living and being by the best of your own drum isn’t a bad thing. Do you think there are others that do the same thing?

There sure are. It’s not the exact same thing but it’s the same concept.

I’ve been going against the grain since I was 12 years old. When everyone went right I went left. When everyone went up I went down. Since you’re here and reading this there’s been some kind of connection between the two of us. You are the only one that can determine what grain to follow.

Standing alone is totally part of the process. It’s nice to have a support system and all because times will be tough. For example, on the pretest did you look at it like it was impossible? Most do.

Until you get to WOD 15 and have 14 days of foundational skills. Then it seems as it’s been there for years. Maybe not Year, but months for sure. You are the only one changing. In relationships, it’s hard sometimes for the other person to support the changes because then it interferes with their life too.

Keep following what you feel. If your heart says go left then go left. Meanwhile, society will be going right and they’re gonna look at you like you’re crazy. Let them think what they want to think. They’re going to think something anyways. Their story of you matters none. Your story of you matters most.

Give yourself permission to persevere through all of the judgment and don’t read too far into it. Better yet, I’m giving you that permission. Get after what makes you happy. Set up your life the way you want it to be and forget everyone else. It’s ok for you to have life go the way you want it to.

You are worth everything that you want for yourself and more. Believe that because everyone else will only provide you with their limitations on your ideals and ideas. You are the only one brave enough to stand up to these people.

The best part of what you’re doing each and every day is you’re actually building a community. A community of people who march to their own beat. You are a part of the KoberNation dammit. Be proud of who you are no matter what.

I only hang with people who believe that they are their own problem and their own solution. And since you’ve read this far into this mindset coaching article you’re that one. So each rep with this WOD you do think of all the people who need the 365 WOD Journey and take some time to share it with them today.
