Make Love Based DecisionsHave you been living a life of fear or a life of love? When you make love based decisions the fear goes away. Making fear-based decisions is what 99% of what people do. This mindset coaching article will increase the awareness of fear and love based decisions.

What you’re about to read will only make sense if you’re ready to accept it. Therefore it’s ok if it doesn’t make sense to you. It means you’re not ready yet. Having that awareness is just as powerful. However, if it does make sense, get ready for your mind to be blown.

The mind cannot measure what it will gain, it can only measure what it will lose.

In other words, you can’t measure what you will gain by taking a leap of faith. You will only be able to measure what you’ll lose. Make love based decisions and you won’t worry about what you’ll gain or lose. Each memory you have in your life provides data for your mind to measure. Meanwhile making fear based decisions means you’re not following the truth of who you are.

Feeling secure is great. Society tells us what security is by showing nice things on TV or ads. In addition to being subjected to that, we let people around us influence our decisions. For example, you see a car insurance commercial guaranteeing coverage over a tragic accident. Then you go to work and someone gets into a similar accident. After that, you make a phone call to that company you saw on TV and switch to that company without even thinking about it.

Was that a love based decision or fear based one?

Total fear based decision. Nothing happened to you, but because you felt that it could you acted upon it. Why? Because we are surrounded by a fear based society. Faith has taken on a new identity. Feeling taken care of isn’t internal anymore. Too many people seek security, love, acceptance, health, wealth and many more from the external world. Looking within has become a thing of the past. I’m not outside of any of this. I use to do all of this too. The key words there are: use to.

It’s time to start being consistent with yourself and increasing your awareness of your decisions. Make love based decisions by asking yourself this question everytime something feels heavy:

What does the world need? AND What does my heart need?

Since asking those questions I’ve been able to follow my internal guidance system (Some call it Higher Power, God, Universe, or whatever you want). Feeling very secure only comes when you leap. Letting go of all control. Above all, it will provide you the depth of security that you’ve been looking outside of yourself and more.

It’s time for you to start with one to five minutes a day of either sitting quietly or journaling. By journaling, I don’t mean typing either. For instance, write with an actual pen. May I suggest a blue pen too. I can’t cite the source, but blue ink is more accepted within your subconscious mind. I’ve been switching from black to blue and it always feels way better to write in blue. But hey, you do you.

Let’s wrap up. The conclusion to this mindset coaching article is that taking the time to look within will provide you the depth of belief within yourself and security of your life. The outer world is less scary when your inner world starts to show up outside of you. Again, you kind of need to be ready to accept that for that to make sense. If it does, you’re welcome. If it doesn’t be patient with yourself because eventually, you’ll get there. Time for your consistent movement to be done now.
