Have you ever wondered how to work your lower back AND core at the same time? Well WOD #124 is all about lower back core movements.

When working your core a person might not know there is a muscle that goes from your lower back and wraps around you like a belt. It starts in your lumbar spine.

It’s called your transverse abdominis. That muscle is VERY important for core and back strengthening. It will help you to not have pain in your back and legs.

Today’s WOD helps you strengthen that muscle as well as other lower back and core muscles.

So let’s get to it shall we?
